Daniel Meister is a registered portfolio manager at the firm and works with high net worth clients, developing tailored wealth and investment management strategies. His in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and investments allow him to deliver trusted, astute advice to his clients.
In his 20-year career, Daniel has partnered with the top financial institutions and asset managers, developing and managing successful wealth strategies for a stable of clients, including endowments, foundations and some of Canada’s wealthiest families. Prior to joining Jarislowsky Fraser, Daniel was a Director of a global European bank in Toronto and held senior roles in private wealth management at several Canadian financial institutions.
Daniel is an avid supporter of the Arts and is a founding chair of the Young Patrons Circle of Gardiner Museum. He combines his passion for the Arts with his love of food and travel – and can often be found seeking out off-the-beaten path culinary experiences across North America and beyond. Embracing a balanced approach to life, Daniel also coaches kids soccer and baseball, when he’s not on the ice or the greens.
